I like this way of making the case for public health. Those are powerful graphs.
I wonder if there are positive corresponding graphs from places that have increased public health spending and increased positive health outcomes? I feel like so much of public health comes from the frame of stopping horrible things from happening. I'd like to see public health challenge itself as a field to create a compelling case for what it can contribute to the world.
